Santa Teresa Immersion 2017

St Ursula's students have travelled to Santa Teresa Mission for an Immersion experience.  They arrived on Saturday 22nd April and commemorated ANZAC Day with a solemn prayer service overlooking the community.

The group visiting Santa Teresa consists of nine students and two staff members.  So far they have worked in the community centre, experienced the Santa Teresa Spirituality Centre Northern Territory and made new friends on the basketball court as the sun set.

The group shared kangaroo tails cooked on the open fire with Johnny cakes and billy tea.  Carmel shared some dream time stories by the campfire.  An amazing night for the girls!

Uluru - 2016 [Day 2]

The group were able to experience sunrise over Uluru from the sand dunes not far from Kata Tjuta.

The group then braved a 7.5km walk through the Valley of the Winds and heard wonderful stories from their guide Leroy.

Leroy has been a font of knowledge and a real bush character.

Uluru - 2016

The group arrived at Wellcamp Toowoomba West Airport for an early start to the day on Thursday.

The group arrived at Uluru in the early afternoon, and met up with their Guide for their first look around.
